Here is a list of tried and true recipes that will give you several ideas for how to enjoy Volcano Sauce. If you have a great new recipe using Volcano Sauce, send it to us. If you come up with something good, we will add it to our list!

Shrimp on a Stick
1 Doz. Jumbo Shrimp
6 slices Bacon
Volcano Sauce

Place 1 shrimp on a bamboo skewer, wrap 1/2 slice of partially cooked bacon around shrimp (use a toothpick). Grill until shrimp is pink, brush with Volcano Sauce

Caramel Corn
3 Qts popcorn
1 Cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup dark corn syrup or molasses
1/4 cup Volcano Sauce
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil 15 minutes without stirring, add 1/2 tsp baking soda-stir, pour over popcorn in a large pan, bake @ 300' 1 hr. stirring every 15 min.

BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup Volcano Sauce
1/3 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
1/3 cup Italian dressing

Spicy Cucumber Salad
2 cucumbers-sliced
1 small red onion-sliced
5 TBSP white vinegar
1 TBSP chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp chopped mint
2TBSP Volcano Sauce

Mix dressing, toss with cucumbers & onion, cover & refrigerate for 1 hr
